Shipping
We offer $5 flat rate shipping for normal deliveries inside the US, which typically take 3 business days. At the time your order is placed, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates, which will be based on availability of items ordered and the shipping option you choose.

Flat Rate for all packages $5 (free for orders over $75)
Second Day $10.00
Next Day $15.00
Shipping confirmation will be sent via email, which will include the tracking number for your delivery. If you have any questions about the delivery of your purchase, please contact us via email at wanderfullycrafted@gmail.com.
We are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances that are beyond our control, such as severe weather or natural disasters. Please contact the courier directly for delays caused by circumstances related to the courier itself.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We can ship to most any address in the world. For international shipping, you will be charged for the cost of shipping, regardless of the value of the order.
Returns
If you’d like to return or exchange your order, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method. Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
To initiate the return of an item, please email us with: (i) your name and address, (ii) the reason for the return, and (iii) the original order number at wanderfullycrafted@gmail.com. Merchandise must be unused, unworn and in an unaltered condition. We reserve the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the foregoing criteria. In such instance, Wanderfully Crafted will send the product back to the customer.

You should expect to receive your refund within two (2) weeks of delivering your package to the return shipper, This includes the time it takes for your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
